Yoga for Backs - Mid, Lower & Upper
A therapeutic class geared towards the healing of back issues. This class will be taught in Iyengar Style which is with chairs. Beginners are welcome. this is a very modified class where you move into your own range of motion. Recommended you bring a strap, blanket and block.
Yoga for Shoulders - Neck and Arms
A therapeutic class geared towards the healing of Shoulder issues. Good for injured, car accidents with whiplash, carpel tunnel syndrome, and other issues. This class will be taught in Iyengar Style which is with chairs. Beginners are welcome. this is a very modified class where you move into your own range of motion. Recommended you bring a strap, blanket and block.
Yoga for Backs, Shoulders and Hips
A therapeutic class geared towards the healing of back, shoulders, hips and torso. This class will be taught in Iyengar Style which is with chairs for props when needed. Beginners are welcome. This is a very modified class where you move into your own range of motion. The class rotates with different body parts every week. the results of regular practice are very beneficial to the therapeutic results you receive. Regular practice is recommended to achieve results. Recommended you bring a strap, blanket and block.
NIDRA & MEDITATION: A Therapeutic class geared towards releasing the mind with relaxation and meditation. This class will use little or no props. Please bring a blanket, bolster and strap if you have one. A gentler practice.
RESTORE: The class will be Yin style and longer holds. This is also may include rad rolling. Which is a way to massage the facia with rolling techniques, which, helps loosen the area before it stretches. Then stretches that integrate in the action lines of awareness in the body to create balance. May need blocks, mat and strap.
Kids Yoga and Art
Ages 5 - 12 - $15/class
A fun and entertaining class for kids to learn the basis of yoga and the relationship to yoga in the everyday world. As kids have a small attention span for yoga we will take art breaks every 15 minutes to draw a picture or theme of the day. Art is a great way to express what the yoga is This teacher discipline, and yoga philosophy, patience to the children.
Beginner- Hatha Yoga
All Beginners and Advanced welcome
A fun way to get exercise in a mild way. Hatha yoga has proven to be a very healing practice. working from the ground up. This practice will let you work at your own pace and move through a simple practice that you can take at your own pace and use props if needed for support. A great awaking practice. A Block may be needed.
All levels - Sattva Yoga
A dynamic new way to celebrate Hatha Yoga
A dynamic hatha yoga practice that teaches the practice of yoga from the inside out., The teacher with each one of us guides us to our depths in poses and these are reflected in the opening you get when this practice finds balance, freedom and happiness with your body. This is a great way to heal, strengthen and gain mobility. A Block may be needed.
Prenatal - All Stages
Yoga for Prenatal - This is a class for all stages of Pregnancy. This class will focus on the Stages of pregnancy and will be a class for all pregnant terms. We will get into releasing the hips, pelvis and Lower backs. Balancing the body with poses that will help with finding relief from the transitions the body is going through at this time.
All stages of pregnancy are welcome
Postnatal - Mom & Baby - Family
After the baby is born you can start to exercise and practice
within 6 weeks is recommended. You can bring your older sibling too if they are Controlled and well Discipline, A blanket or towel would be recommended.
